U-huu! Winter has arrived! Have you noticed, by the way?

For this weekend we are going to South Estonia, which is famous for its nice hills and good amount of snow. So I decided to check if it is already possible to ski. Tallinn and its proximity, being by the sea, always has to wait longer for the larger amounts of snow, if it comes at all.
Internet, of course, is my favorite way to check for anything. So, I opened some sites, which I used last year and.... to my big surprise discovered that many websites still live in summer...
For example, when opening web-site of winter capital
Otepää, the first impression is nice with winter picture. But going further to Aktiivne Puhkus or active recreation, I get Otepääa Summer Services 2005. English version offers extensive list of bicycle rentals. Kääriku Puhkekeskus still live in complete summer.
So I was really happy to see that there is at least one site recognizing arrival of winter and Kuutsemägi provides normal news that they are going to be open tomorrow.
But I still didn't get if there is any snow for cross-country skiing in Otepää.
So, guys, wake up! Winter has arrived!
