Empirical evidence II

Empirical evidence shows that majority of people associate first aid with mouth-to-mouth breathing: this was the first thing everybody mentioned when I said that I'm going to first aid courses. Actually this comes only in third lesson :)

Why on earth would you need to take first aid coyurses? you have the drivers licence and everyone who has it has gone through the courses..
I never noticed that you would have a passion on medical kind of things.

anyway, learning is great. I am proud of you. :)

Estonian Labour Law provides that there should be at least one person with First Aid certificate in every working place. We will have two such persons and I signed up to be one of them because it's interesting and actually useful thing to know how and what to do in an emergency situation.
My favourite place is this (and not mouth-to-mouth breathing): if there is a hole in the person's body and (1) lungs are hanging out, then put them back to renew breathing function, but if (2) guts (zarnas) are out, do not touch them, because you'll mess up even more, just put plastic bag on them to prevent drying out. Anyhow, one should have strong nerves to do any of those actions :)

Wonderful, Eva! After my 30min courses for motorcycle driving license I would only be able to do mouth-to-mouth. Now I even know that lungs should be pushed in, while zarnas left alone....
