Experiment

Empirical evidence justifies that
IF
On one day one does conoeing for 3.5 hours without prior practice and then uses some amount of alcohol, dances and does not sleep enough
AND
on next day one does horse riding for 1.5 hours (almost) without any prior practice
THEN
on the third day one prefers standing work and no sitting, please, and even walking causes some pain.

But luckily enough there is a remedy: one has to play volleyball in the evening of the third day (perhaps even earlier, if possible) and then everything is oki-doki!
